OnStream is designed as a managed content delivery system. We collect minimal information required to provide the service:

• Device Identifier: We collect a unique device ID (Hardware ID) purely for authorization and pairing purposes.
• Operational Data: We may collect logs related to schedule execution and video playback status to ensure the content is running as scheduled.
• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers from the end-user on the TV device.

2. How We Use Information

All collected data is used exclusively to:

• Authorize and register the TV device with your organization's backend.
• Synchronize content schedules managed via the admin panel.
• Optimize video playback performance on your specific hardware.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Data is only communicated between the OnStream app and our secure backend servers.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your device data. All communication between the app and the backend is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Permissions

Our app requires the following permissions to function:

• Internet: To download content and sync schedules.
• Storage: To cache video content for seamless playback.

6. Third-Party Services

Our app is distributed via the Google Play Store. Google may collect diagnostic and usage data governed by their own Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
